A farmers' cooperative of about 2,400 smallholder Arabica growers on the slopes of Mount Elgon. We buy parchment coffee at buying posts in twelve societies, mill it in Mbale and sell washed Arabica to exporters.
The cooperative pays farmers through society cashiers and mobile money, runs an input store for fertiliser and seedlings, and keeps a field team of 18 agents.
